Cancellation Policy

1) Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 40% of the tour cost.

2) 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 60% of the tour cost.

3) 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 80% of the tour cost.

4) 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given.

5) Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.

6) In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.

7) Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.
